We qualify our products prior to delivery to ensure they perform as specified. We have test facilities capable of testing up to 50,000 lbf (222 kN) of pull force. Our Trays are built customized to you. We realize you have unique needs. You can use an existing design or customize for your application. We create trays from 18" NPS through to 48" NPS. Pigging is the practice of using devices known as "pigs" (Pipeline Inspection Gadgets) to perform various maintenance and inspection operations on a pipeline. Operations include cleaning, gauging, mapping, and inspecting of pipelines. Specialized equipment is required to insert and remove the PIGs from the Launchers and Receivers as well as the transport of said equipment to and from the site.
