We are a custom fabrication facility with over 30 years of oilfield equipment design. Our staff has designed and fabricated Pigging Equipment operating in Europe and North America for numerous customers. We create launch trays and transport trays for pigging operations.
Our expertise in helping company’s manage pipeline inspection and service operations have reduced downtime and increased safety and efficiency in such volatile environments.

Engineering is supervised by a Senior Professional Engineer with over 34 years experience in Machinery Design and Structures.
Our fabrication team is headed by an accredited Millright with over 30 years of R&D with extensive machining and welding as well as 30 years of oil and gas field experience.

We specialize in:
- Powered Launch and Receive Trays – insertion loads from 8000lbf to 40,0000lbf and sizes from 16″ to 52″.
- Work Trays – used specifically with your tool on trays to allow you to spin and work on your tool without removing it, causing possible damage.
- Transport Trays – used to haul your tool from the shop to the site. These trays are light, keeping your transportation costs down.
- Field Equipment – From push poles, hydraulic power packs to specialized operational equipment, we’ve done it all.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not stock or rent trays due to the permutations of sizes and lengths. All Launch trays require at least 12 weeks to build. Transport Trays are a minimum of 6 weeks. We custom build trays to suit your needs.
