This new generation of launch trays offer the following features:

• Retractable bill.  No longer do you need to be precise in placing the tray at the trap.  Door Issues?  This feature allows you to be as far as 24″ (30cm) from the trap – Longer with custom orders.
• Forces up to 25,000 lbf (111 kN) or larger based on your application in both directions.  We are a customer builder.  Any force is available.  Any size is available
• Safety features such as safety valves on legs to prevent drift, lockouts for controls maximum force settings, independent controls and isolation of legs from trolley
• Accommodates 24NPS to 36NPS size tools – Inserts for smaller inch tools.  Any size available.
• Pressure gages showing loading on the tray.
• Independently controlled Hydraulic legs for easy adjustment
• Sectioned for transport in Intermodal Transport Containers (Seacan)
• Dedicated tool strapping and lifting points.
• Dedicated grounding straps, both sides
• Split-able :  allow for disassembly or for an insert for longer length tools
